Offer Details

• Limited to first 3 qualifying businesses to submit complete applications
• One free service per business
• Offer valid for businesses based in Wotton-under-Edge and surrounding areas
• Must be a genuine business enquiry (not personal use)

Service Specifications

Logo Design:

• Up to 2 initial concepts
• 1 round of minor revisions
• Final files: PNG, JPG, PDF formats
• Additional revisions chargeable at standard rates

Flyer Design:

• Single-sided A4 or A5 design
• Print-ready PDF and web JPG formats
• Client provides all text and any existing branding

Email Setup:

• Setup of up to 3 email addresses
• Requires existing domain or domain purchase — domain cost not included but I can help you purchase one if needed
• Basic email signature included
• Training on email client setup included

General Terms

• Work completed within 14 days of brief approval
• Client must provide all required content/materials promptly
• Copyright of final designs transfers to client upon completion
• I/Foresite reserves right to use work in portfolio/marketing materials
• No cash alternative available
• Standard cancellation policy applies if client withdraws

Exclusions

• Domain registration costs (if required)
• Printing costs
• Additional services beyond scope outlined
• Rush jobs (under 7 days)
